Dr. Andy Roberts begins an internship at the Evergreen State Mental Hospital. He would rather help patients than simply observe, or abuse them by his own “rehabilitation process. He befriends a seemingly quiet, but sweet mentally ill teenager who seems to set an example for all patients, but unfortunately to curb patent attitude a new security guard is recruited by the hospital. The new Guard uses brute force to enforce his rule. Both patients and staff members fall victim as his prey unable to escape his cold touch, or his brutality. But not even the mentally challenged will take abuse for long. The mutiny of the mentally challenged overtakes the hospital with justice served on a cold plate by the inmates.
